Freshman Heidi Nielson rounds the corner at the UIL 19-6A District Cross Country meet held at Seven Lakes High School  Oct. 23. Nielson placed first in a difficult regional meet, then captured the Regional title in Huntsville and now leads the Cougar team to state Nov. 4.
