Students kick up school spirit with theme dress days
Cinco students hit the halls dressed head to toe in neon Wednesday for this week’s theme day, “Light up the Falcons.” Spirit theme days are coordinated by the cheerleaders to promote school spirit. The varsity FB squad hosts Jersey Village Friday night in the home opener at Rhodes Stadium.

#CPOE is back in full force as students display their school spirit with weekly theme dress days again this year. While the varsity FB team prepares to meet Jersey Village Friday night the cheer-leading squads encouraged the student body to “light up the Falcons” by dressing in neon spirit wear Wednesday.
Week one’s Western theme allowed for a “Welcome to Cougar Country” fashion expression and the spirit generated helped motivate the football team to a week 1 victory over Cy-Ranch.
Next Wednesday’s theme is “Proud to be a Cougar, proud to be an American; Red, White and Blue patriotic dress.”
