Bravo Show Choir brings “A Grand Night for Singing” to the stage

The Bravo Show Choir takes the stage to perform Rodgers and Hammerstein’s award-winning A Grand Night for Singing on Sept. 29, 30-Oct. 1 at 7:30 in the PAC. A Grand Night for Singing features music by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II, known for their work on well-known productions like Oklahoma!, The King and I and “The Sound of Music.

While it is not a complete musical, it includes noted songs such as “Maria” from The Sound of Music, “Shall We Dance?” from The King and I and the titular song “It’s a Grand Night for Singing” from State Fair, another musical from Rodgers and Hammerstein.

Tickets cost $8 in advance, $10 at the door and $5 for those with a Katy ISD Gold Card. The box office opens at 6:30 and the house opens at 7:00.
