Theatre to perform “Rock of Ages”

CRTC musical will rock the 80’s decade with a ‘city boy’ and a ‘small town girl’

The Cinco Ranch High School Theatre Company will perform Rock of Ages: High School Edition by Chris D’Arienzo on Oct. 13th, 14th, and 15th. Showings start at 7:30 p.m. all three nights with an additional showing at 1:30 p.m. on the 15th.

According to CRTC spokesperson Darcy Boyd, the musical tells the story of Sherrie, a small town girl, and Drew, a city boy.

The musical features “some of the greatest hits of the 1980s,” Boyd said in a CRTC press release.

The box office opens on Oct. 8, with advance tickets $15 for adults and for $11 for students and gold card members. Tickets sold at the door are $18 for adults and $13 for students and gold card members.
