Round-Up kicks off start to new year

Cougars return to The Ranch for 2014-15

Students prepared for a new school year by attending Round-Up Aug. 21-22. Many students completed yearbook portraits, checked out textbooks and purchase English novels at the book fair.

Roundup_Aug 22_EDL (6)Nearly 3200 students entered the doors at CRHS to kick off the 2014-15 school year Aug. 25. Many arrived the week before for Class Round-Up to check out textbooks, take yearbook portraits and find lockers. Other students started arriving in early August for band, football, volleyball, and Cougar Star practices. Teachers began preparing Aug. 14 with meetings, orientation and staff development training. Principal, Mr. James Cross introduced the theme for this school year as “Purpose, Passion, Pride.”
