Victor Huerta is the Design Editor for the County Line Newspaper. Entering his third year in this position, Victor is very eager to pass on his knowledge and expertise in not only writing, but also design and photoshop  to all the new staff members. Aside from newspaper, Victor is also on the varsity baseball team, the Cinco Ranch ultimate frisbee team, and the lead guitarist for the Cinco Ranch Young Life club.
