PTSA to host CRASH program on distracted driving

The PTSA will host the program CRASH on Wednesday, Feb. 15. at 7 p.m. in the PAC. CRASH adresses the problem of distracted driving among teenagers, and will feature Texas PTA President Lisa Holbrook.

“CRASH is a documentary about the truth and dangers of distracted driving associated with DWI, texting, fatigue, cell phone use, etc,” CRHS PTA Webmaster Sofia Peruzzi said in an email. “According to the Centers for Disease Control, car crashes are the #1 Cause of Death among US teens.”

According to Peruzzi, any parent with a child between the ages of 15 and 21 years old should attend. The trailer for the program can be viewed at http://crhsptsa.org/toolbox.
